About this notice

This notice covers the TrulyPet prelaunch website and its registration-of-interest form. It explains how the TrulyPet team handles the information you provide while our petcare services and animal welfare tools are in development.

It does not describe data practices for future services that have not launched. We will update the relevant privacy information as those services become available.

Information we collect

When you register your interest, we collect:

• Your name, email address and city or region.
• Your selected interest: pet parent, service provider, rescuer or NGO, or foster or volunteer.
• Any additional details you choose to share about your pet, organisation, services or interest in helping.
• Your agreement to be contacted, the time of registration and a submission identifier used to prevent duplicate entries.

Please share only what is needed to express your interest. Avoid including identity documents, financial details, sensitive personal information or another person’s contact details.

How we use it

We use your registration to understand your interests, respond to your enquiry and contact you about relevant TrulyPet launch updates or opportunities related to the path you selected.

We also use limited technical information to prevent spam and repeated submissions, protect the private leads page and troubleshoot problems with the website.

Submitting this form does not create a petcare booking, rescue request, adoption application or commitment to volunteer.

Who receives it

Your registration is available to the TrulyPet team through a password-protected leads page. It is not published as a public listing.

The website is configured to send a notification containing your registration details to jawa@jamoons.com through Resend, our email delivery provider. Your email address is included as the reply-to address. Email notifications depend on the service being configured and available; your registration may still be saved if a notification cannot be sent.

Our hosting provider processes website data to operate and maintain the site. Email and hosting services may process information in locations outside your country. Their own privacy notices describe how they handle information within their services.

Storage & retention

Registration records are stored on the hosting server in private storage outside the publicly accessible website folder. Access to the leads table requires administrator sign-in.

The current registration system does not automatically delete entries after a fixed period. Records remain until the team removes them. Email notifications and hosting backups may also contain copies of submitted details.

You can contact us to request removal of your registration. We will review the request, including relevant email copies and backups, and explain any limits that apply. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & technical data

The prelaunch website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics in its own code. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie to keep the private leads page secure; visitors do not need an administrator account to register.

The form uses a temporary submission identifier to avoid saving the same request twice. The server also uses a hashed version of the request’s IP address to limit repeated attempts. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages and access times, or use security-related cookies.

This privacy page itself contains no tracking scripts and loads its logo and fonts directly from this HTML file.

Your choices

Registering your interest is optional. You can ask to see or correct your registration details, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about launch updates by emailing jawa@jamoons.com.

Please write from the email address you used to register and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm that the registration belongs to you before sharing or changing it. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
